Beautiful and delicious Naples, Italy

On our trip throughout Italy we took a train from Turin to Naples. When arriving in Naples, Italy we took a transfer to our hotel. We only had one day in Naples so we left very early so we could see everything.

First we went for breakfast to the famous coffee shop called Caffe Gambrinus. Inside the coffee shop it was so beautiful. It had a very fancy designs on the walls and so many different pastries to try. Once we were seated we ordered our food. I had a cannolo, that was so delicious. It was filled with cream and had melted chocolate inside.

My parents had the famous coffee and said it was the best coffee they ever had in their life.

Next we took a tour to Pompeii. The Pompeii Ruins were half an hour from Naples. We spent most of the day there walking around in the preserved ruins.

Later that day the taxi took us to the top of the city of Naples and we were able to see the whole city, including Mount Vesuvius. It was so beautiful and amazing.

On our way down our tour guide dropped us of at the pier and we went to a restaurant by the water.

Since we were having dinner early for Italy’s standards, we were the only ones in the restaurant. But it was so worth it! the pizza was so good! we ordered a Margherita pizza and it was so tasty and warm. The crust was like a blanket and the cheese melted. It was delicious!

After trying the famous pizza of Naples we walked back to the hotel with our bellies full. I wasn't sure I would enjoy Naples at first, but in the end it was an experience I would never forget.
